Yates Nature's Way Caterpillar Killer is the perfect solution to harmful insects. Based on Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki, it is designed to target caterpillars, yet will not harm those insects that are useful, such as ladybirds and bees. This insecticide is based on beneficial bacteria that is found in soil and on plant surfaces. It produces a toxic protein that will paralyse an insect's gut. Once a Caterpillar has consumed a plant with this insecticide, it will subsequently stop eating and fall from the plant in 3-4 days once the insecticide takes full effect.
